Paste case numbers
One per line, eCourts format: 26CR003982-480, 26CRS003982-480 (superior), 26IF003982-480 (infraction). Spaces and lowercase are fine. A column pasted straight from Excel works too.
Or upload a spreadsheet
Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSV. We find the column with case numbers automatically. Optional columns: Attorney (matched to your roster by name or initials) and Client / Note.
Every change made in DocketSync is recorded here automatically and cannot be edited or deleted. Everyone in the firm can see this page.
Add a person
Use the name and date of birth exactly as they appear on the bond or court papers. Every case on the NC court calendar for that person is added now, and new cases are added the morning they appear.
Find your cases
Enter the name and date of birth exactly as they appear on the citation or court papers. We show what we find before anything is saved to your account.

Calendar connections
Connect a calendar and DocketSync writes your court dates straight into it after each morning's update: a calendar named "DocketSync court dates" in Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 / Outlook or Apple iCloud, or your Clio, PracticePanther or MyCase calendar with each event attached to the matching matter. DocketSync accesses account identity and calendar metadata to locate its destination, and manages the events it creates. It does not import your other calendar events.
Names, case numbers, charges, attorney assignments, client labels, agreed dates, and up to 200 characters of firm notes may be shared. Check who can see the destination calendar. Calendar privacy and controls.
Calendar feed
Subscribe your phone or office calendar (Google, Outlook, Apple, or the calendar your practice software syncs with) to your DocketSync court dates: one all-day event per hearing, refreshed after each morning's update. Continued and dropped dates stay marked for three days, exactly as on Home.
Names, case numbers, charges, attorney assignments, client labels, agreed dates, and up to 200 characters of firm notes may be shared. Check who can see the destination calendar. Feed privacy and controls.
Integrations (webhooks)
After each morning's update DocketSync can send your firm's changes (today's hearings, NEW / MOVED / DROPPED, agreed dates needing attention) to a URL you control, signed with a secret. Use it with Zapier or Make to create calendar entries in Clio, MyCase or PracticePanther, or with your own software.
Enabled webhooks send firm identity, hearing details, charges, attorney assignments, client labels, and agreed-date information to your endpoint. Firm notes and dates of birth are excluded. Sharing details.
Privacy & Legal
Review our policies, calendar-sharing details, and court-data disclosures.
Record a date the DA or the court agreed to that the clerk has not entered yet. The court's date above stays exactly what the calendar shows; DocketSync compares the two every morning and warns until they match.
Your label and notes
Client / label (included in reports and enabled integrations)
Firm notes (also included in enabled calendar feeds and connections, up to 200 characters)
